Nextcloud 30.x Support

Can't activate this plugin anymore.

In my case, the plugin is marked as "untested" after the upgrade to 30.x from 29. After marking the plugin as "Allow untested app" and enabling, everything is working as before the upgrade.

In NextCloud 30.0.4 when we go to the app store, install OIDC-connect we can see "OpenID Connect Login, Version 3.2.0" listed in the active apps - but there is no admin GUI access for this app in the "Administrator Settings, Administration" menu listing.

It was unclear from the docs that this app has no GUI, that the configuration is done via additions to the config.php.
