Nextcloud homepage sometimes not redirected to OIDC endpoint

Hi, OIDC login 2.4.0 Nextcloud 24.0.7

Sometimes, a call to the homepage of our Nextcloud doesn't redirect to the OIDC endpoint (Keycloak), and our users land on the Nextcloud connection page, although they can't connect this way. Is there a reason, what can I give as information to investigate, and what could I do on this matter?
