Make Memories a provider for Full Text Search

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Since Memories has access to the EXIF data, can it's information be added to the Full Text Search for Nextcloud as a provider so we can do full text search for the images in Memories as well.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. modify the EXIF data to have description and title
2. Search for the title or description
3. see it in the search results.
