Add the capability of automatically converting the image file type if it is determined to be incorrect

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The EXIF tool is strict and would fail if the file name didn't match the expected file type. With Google photo sync it kept the files as HEIC name but they're actually JPGs.

Describe the solution you'd like If Exif tool fails due to the file type being incorrect, provide the option to the user to rename the file as needed.

Describe alternatives you've considered Manually renaming the file first.
