Able to choose playback quality on Android app

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I configured an external transcoder. When I play a video on desktop or android phone (both in Chrome) I have the option to choose the playback quality (Direct, Original, 4K etc.). But when I play the same video through the android app, the option is not available.

Describe the solution you'd like Through the android app, I want to be able to choose which quality should be transcoded. Let's say I'm at home and I want to choose the Direct option to avoid unnecessary transcodings and to watch the videos in RAW quality because the connection can handle it. On the other hand, when I'm outside the network, I want to be able to choose manually which quality should be transcoded.

Describe alternatives you've considered Use Memories through Google Chrome. Makes mobile app obsolete.

Additional context Transcoding is a great feature to be able to play videos outside of the home network e.g. through mobile data. Obviously, mobile data is not that fast as when connected directly to the home network. Additionally, my ISP only provides 50Mbit/s upload speed. Therefore, it would be great to have the flexibility to choose which quality should be transcoded on Android mobile app.
