Uploads through android app lack location metadata

Describe the bug

Uploading photos through Android mobile app (v1.12, installed via FDroid) does not propagate location metadata.

This appears to be identical to https://github.com/nextcloud/android/issues/12188, although memories is not an option in the "all files access" menu for me

Steps To Reproduce

1. Setup NC instance with memories app
2. Install memories app on an Android device
3. Configure the memories android app (sign in, grant all permissions, etc.)
4. Upload any photo that has location metadata (when viewed in device's gallery)
5. Open the photo in memories web UI, go to info, witness that it has no location:
