Checkboxes & additional menu items for clusters

Any ideas for a good workflow to clean up hundreds of clusters with 1-2 faces each? Most of them could be moved to / merged with already existing clusters, recognize just didn't recognize them..

Maybe checkboxes on the face clusters as well, with a menu (merge with cluster, delete, rename etc)? That would help with the 1-face clusters at least
