Text and Locations in Albums

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The only reason why I use Google Photos is that it is the only software on the whole internet where I can put my photos and easily add some text in between my pictures.

Describe the solution you'd like When pressing an edit button, one should be able to add a text box. Here the user can put Markdown text. Some other options would be a simple location tag, a map (with GPX support). It can be set in the settings, who can edit these texts/maps.

This is clearly highly guided by Google Photos. I am very open to other approaches that rethink the whole concept.

Describe alternatives you've considered Use a blog like WordPress. However, solutions like this will always be text with some images instead of images with some text. I am looking for a tool to store my photos and put some information there (like a short summary of the day). I do not want to write a full blog.

Additional context Ideally, all the data is saved in a README.md or in any other plaintext format so it is not directly linked to Nextcloud.

I am sorry if I missed this feature request while scanning through the open and closed issues.

If there is any better solution for the whole problem I am trying to solve with this feature request, please let me know.

Thank you very much, Michael

add some text in between my pictures.

Do you mean adding text on the photos? I'm confused; a screenshot would help

Sort of like this

A screenshot would technically work but is a lot of work to update text.
