• Nextcloud Version: 28.0.1
• PHP Version: 8.2.15

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

video.es.js:222 VIDEOJS: ERROR: (CODE:4 MEDIA_ERR_SRC_NOT_SUPPORTED) The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.

HEVC can't be played natively. Assuming you have a transcoder, say with HW acceleration, that also needs to support HEVC.
