How to configure after the installation?

How do I configure pulseaudio-equalizer-ladspa once it is installed? I've turned it on using the GUI, but nothing is taking effect. Are there something that I need to do?

Run the app from a console to view what its going on ;-)

Also if you read the source really its all about to interface with the ladspa module (mbeq) ... here are some other info .
