Add Package/Diagnostics Section

Add a package section, which shows which packages are installed with version number. Clicking a package shows more information.

Additionally this is a place to show information such:

  • When updates are available (see #67)
  • Integrate Security Advisor (#50)

Which in fact turns it more into a diagnostics section :wink:
