[BUG] Browser tools not appearing in fullscreen

On the latest build The Minimize, Maximize, and Window buttons don't show up, this does not happen on the version previous. You can't click on anything involving the browser like extensions, or certain content in tabs like links You can click on different tabs though In windowed mode, it works fine, though they are invisible, probably a theme issue
