Pull Assigner doesn't update / refresh the team list

Hi,

Seems that once a "team" has been assigned, even if it is changed through github, it is not updated on the dashboard.

E.g the following "workflow":

Before installing PullAssigner, I made a test organization with 2 teams (one private, full of members and another one as a proxy as detailed in the documentation)

After the installation, I could only view the public proxy... and aborted the creation so I could make the "members" team public (or even rename them). When I go back to Pull Assigner, the now public team is still not in the team selection menu, nor the updated name (it's still the old one).

Note ; it seems it recognizes when a new team is created... but still no dice if it's ever updated.
