Deleting pull assigner configs is not obvious

It's quite easy to add teams to pull assigner, but it's not clear how to delete them. Thanks to a colleague we figured out you have to disable them first.

Is there a way of adding a delete button to active configs? That way an error message can point the way to disabling first if required.
