Show median in leaderboard instead of mean

The median

• review ratio
• review turnaround time
• pr size

would be far more helpful than the mean, which appears to be shown currently. I'm never interested in the outliers when reviewing this data.

Also, the little user education tooltips should say whether we're showing the mean or median.
