As a user, I would like the option to limit team pull-request reminders to repositories owned by the team

As a fairly large organisation we have a large number of teams, and a number of individuals frequently move teams, or raise PRs across teams, there are some issues with the current reminder format when targeting a team using Filter PRs by GitHub Team.

Currently we receive slack notifications when configuring a team reminder for any member of the team who has an assigned PR in any repository in the organisation.

We're not necessarily interested in the review requests for repos outside of our teams remit - that's up to the individual who has been assigned review.

As such, it would be useful to allow limiting these reminders to repositories which the team either has admin or maintain permissions for - even better would be to allow a filter on the ownership status.

@Limess Hi Charlie, as an interim solution could you use the repos filter for team reminders? Of course that has to get set manually but I think it'd address your need? Let me know if not.

Hi @abinoda. We have a lot of repos, with repos being created or changing hands relatively frequency. This doesn't really work for us.
