As a user I wan't to see not only "@username approve PR" but also comments what was added with this approve

Hello @abinoda !

I faced with issue with Pull Reminders app in Slack when another person approve my Pull Request and leave comment like on image below with approving PR

I got just notification like

@username approved [<repository>#<PR number>] <PR name>

Would be cool to get like in this case also notification about comment

@username commented on [<repository>#<PR number>] <PR name> ....

Or get these two events in one notification

@username approved and commented on [<repository>#<PR number>] <PR name> ....
