Mailnag does not recognize read mails

First: Mailnag is great. When I receive an email in my webmail account (gmail), i get the corresponding message. However, after opening the browser and reading the mail, mailnag still indicates the message as "unread" in my message indicator. Is this behavior expected?

Hi, what DE are you using? GNOME-Shell? Have you also installed the GNOME-Shell extension? Currently Mailnag only removes messages from the indicator if all messages of all accounts have been opened or removed by an external program (e.g. your browser) or if a new mail arrives. This is due to limitations in libnotify and may be improved in future versions of the GNOME-Shell extension.

@pulb I'm seeing that mailnag daemon doesn't send "MailsRemoved" signal unless all mails are read/removed. Is this the same issue? Is there going to be a fix soon?
