Traffic graph bugged on Android

Subject of the issue

The traffic graph continuosly reloads whenever I make any input. For example, scrolling, even if the entire graph remains on screen the entire time, will cause it to reload and the animation to replay.

Your environment

Samsung A8 using Google Chrome. Portrait mode.

Steps to reproduce

Open on Android device and scroll down.

Expected behaviour

Traffic graph loads and loading animation plays once.

Actual behaviour

Traffic graph continuous reloads when window is scrolled or scaled. Even if there should be no change. Each time the loading animation replays.
