Migrates to dart sass

Since node-sass is deprecated I decided to replace it with dart sass implementation. Made some enhancement to scss' as well.

@jepperaskdk I think it is a good idea. It does cause a conflict and can't be merged right away, but I believe this is a good idea since node-sass is depreciated.

@rensite Sorry I forgot about this.. If you resolve the merge conflicts, then we can merge this.
