New version doesn't list the last resolution on a m3u8 list

i've tried the extension in both chrome and firefox. when i look at the m3u8 for the list of available resolutions i can download. it misses the last item (usually the highest resolution). ie. there might be 4 resolutions available in the m3u8. 360p, 540p, 720p and 1080p. but your extension only shows the first 3 and doesn't see the last option. this is for ver 2.0.0 in chrome and the latest 2.1.1 in firefox.

i am currently using a different extension for now but i do like your's better so i hope you can fix it soon. thanks!

the site requires login. however, i took screenshots and downloaded the .m3u8

screen1 - shows that the m3u8 has 6 resolutions available screen2 - shows that i am picking the right m3u8 screen3 (2 parts) - shows only 5 of the 6 available textfile - is the actual m3u8 file.
