Renaming file to download,

I'm just wondering if its possible to rename the files to download, sometimes, sometimes im downloading a whole tv show, when downloading it keeps the tap name in the file, which is "Watch AHS Show For Free HD 100 Real" for example and that's the name for all files, so its so tedious trying to not get spoilers while watching the episode and see which one is it to rename it

i don't know how hard it could be
