One-Step update not working

Open Viking-1 opened this issue 2 years ago • 3 comments

Has anyone else problems with the update command:

curl -sSL https://github.com/pucherot/Pi.Alert/raw/main/install/pialert_update.sh | bash

I know, that the install command is installing into /root/pialert/. But the updater will install in /home/USER/pialert/

Bumping this to ask if anyone found a fix - having the same problem. image Is there a fix, or is this just a "delete the container and start again?" And if so, how the heck did it get into that state?

Hey @SdoggaMan ,

Please check https://github.com/pucherot/Pi.Alert/issues/235 and https://github.com/pucherot/Pi.Alert/issues/237 and switch to a different project if you need support. Thanks!
