Pi_Alert Not show Any IP

Hello :) Pi_Alert install on Vm Ubunut 18.4 On HyperV its installed But Not Show Any IP On Web :( i uninstall And Reinstall Again but no luck :(

Same here on dietpi+pihole, will try again, maybe I will reinstall the whole system
