add telegram notification and eventualy get info from new device

hi, I have been using it for a week and I find it well done, but I would like to suggest a couple of improvements:

• add notifications to telegram; I use them with homeassistant and grafana and I find them very useful
• add the ability to scan unexpected new devices to get some info such as: OS, open ports and active services
• add a web interface for settings would be useful

here are some inspirations on how implements it, however nice project, simple and effective, thx

I have implemented the here mentioned wishes in one way or another in my fork.

• Home Assistant integration is possible via an API
• Notifications via Telegram are implemented via "shoutrrr
• On the "Settings" page there is the possibility to edit the "pialert.conf" file

Can you please provide an example for the telegram configuration im new to telegram and shoutrr and cannot quite get it runnig
