The Pro plugin should warn the user if the workflow has "After the content is published" and the "Async Notifications" is disabled

Show a notice or warn close to the field "After the content is published" in case the "Async Notifications" feature is disabled.

If the async module is disabled, the notification will be sent right after the post is published instead of being scheduled for the future date.
