Missing capabilities

These capabilities are missing. It will require to add them manually.

Can we add them back?

And also can we enabled all of Planner capabilities for Administrator?

Feedback from user:

please also include edit post subscriptions and pp set notification channel by default, because it is not very user friendly that one has to install a second plugin just to fully use the plugin they actually want.
