[PublishPress Planner] caused Markdown Editor cannot works as expected

Expected Behavior

After installled a markdown editor plugh such as [WP Githuber MD] or [WP Editor.md] and enabled, the editor should can display correct markdown format after save the post (or open an existing post).

Current Behavior

After save the post or open an existing post, it will change the markdown format to HTML format in edit window.

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Install markdown plugh such as [WP Githuber MD] or [WP Editor.md] and enable it.
2. Create a new post within markdown format, and save it.
3. The markdown format will chage to HTML format. Screenshot FYI:

The issue was resoved with rolled back to PublishPress 3.0.3, and seems only the latest version contains this issue.
