Update and rename comment_test.rb to comment_system_test.rb

The rename is intended to provide a clearer and more descriptive context for the tests contained within the file. This is my first contribution to an open-source project, and I am excited to be a part of this community! I welcome any feedback on this change.

I renamed the file name and removed the previous line of code and update a new line of code
