Placeholder: something unexpected about the order of how questions are shown on tag pages

More coming soon on this issue, but basically, when on a Tag Page and then clicking on the questions tab , it is surprising behavior that the most recent questions are not shown first.

Here's the screenshot i just captured showing that which questions load by default are not the latest questions.

What is the default question sorting order? I'm not sure, and would like to find out!

Perhaps if we understand what is happening here, we can decide if changing to a default display of the most recent questions on top.

@PeculiarE i was able to replicate this error in the main publiclab.org website but i couldn't do the same for my local environment. There are no posts and comments on my local environment and i can't create either. I am assuming this is because I have no access to the backend. Is that correct?
