Fix rubocop offences

Hi everyone, there are lot of small issues to fix. One can see the list of issues at https://codeclimate.com/github/publiclab/mapknitter/issues.

Most of them are very easy. And, with each issue, you'll see the instructions about how to solve that issue and also the line # and file where change has to be made. So, if you're a first-timer, go ahead, grab a issue and raise a PR.

If you're a contributor/reviewer/maintainer, who knows the codebase, try to create FTO from these issues.

Does https://github.com/publiclab/mapknitter/pull/891 resolve all the rubocop issues? @kaustubh-nair @alaxalves
