Double Scrollbar in the Q&A section

In the Question Section, I propose that we eliminate the double scroll bar. Sticking to just one scroll bar, which is the table section itself.

As a result, the "ask a question" button will be outside, rather than inside table section. This would allow you to see it without having to scroll.

The embed tag should be a different color than the rest of the page so that the user is aware that it has a purpose.

I also think the font color of each question shouldn't be similar to standard link color. Instead a different color can be given with a text decoration on hover.

Then, for each column in the table, a max-width should be assigned. This would help the alignment of each column. @jywarren @TildaDares

Hi @Garimak1204, @Ifetakuro, the Q&A section was embedded in Infragram through an Iframe. The code for that section is actually in the plots2 repo.
