Hi! I believe there's an issue with the display on your device... or perhaps a stylesheet didn't completely load? Can you try refreshing and uploading a new screenshot? It should look like this:

Thankyou for mentioning , I tried cloning the repo again still index.html runs with the same layout as in the screenshot. can you please suggest me other ways.

I wonder, have you run "npm install" after cloning it locally? Perhaps all the stylesheets in the dependent libraries haven't been downloaded... if that's the issue, this command should resolve it. Thanks!
