Improved Navbar for the website

Please describe the problem (or idea)

What happened just before the problem occurred? Or what problem could this idea solve? The Navbar of the website seems a bit older a modern navbar with new animation or hover effect will make the UI cleaner and interactive

What did you expect to see that you didn't? The navbar seems older and non-attractive
