Missing Information and possible typo in Legrand Ebola

Please could you add units for the variables in the notebook of the Legrand Ebola model. It appears based on

('omega_I',10.0/7.0)

that the units for this variable and similar others is per day, as division by 7 is present.

Additionally, I believe that \beta_H is a function of time similar to \beta_F(t). Please could you confirm if this is the case? If so, this needs to be updated.

The variable c is also not defined and I believe is the intervention time.
