Proposed activity: managing contributions

Quite some work we do is open to contributions, and for a lot of it we are the maintainers. This means that the burden is on us to manage these contributions, make contributors feel valued and get great input.

Reading 'The Gentle Art of Patch Review' as suggested by @Raboof reminded me how core this should be to our work, and that we currently have so little practice developed in this.
