Workshop proposal: user journey mapping of our stewardship trajectory
We've spoken about the need for informed consent by the community for each step along a trajectory towards stewardship.
One way to ensure we get this could be by radiating intent for every codebase we interact with to end up in full stewardship.
I propose a user journey mapping workshop to ensure we're doing this consistently, predictably and cumulatively at every major decision point for a community.
This involves:
- recasting the trajectory as a decision tree
 - user journey mapping the community's major touchpoints/interactions with us as we facilitate their making the decision
 - mapping out the steps in our facilitation (and artefacts we create/co-create/share with the community so they understand what's being asked of them)
 - exploring how we can frontload intent in each facilitation touchpoint
