NB: we've decided to leave the advisory council as is pending the final version of the new articles of association.

Since this won't be true until the paperwork is filed, I see that we have two obvious options:

A) hold merging this until the paperwork lands B) reword this slightly to create a future-tense

I have a mild lean towards holding-off, and regularly updating the branch so that it doesn't become a hard-to-merge, long-lived branch.
