Our organizing events guide lacks advice for online meetings

We have a great page that helps us organize events, but unfortunately we have not updated it to include online events. We should add some of our learnings over the past two years that can help us in the future.

One important thing we noted in our retrospective of FOSDEM this year, is that planning a solid long break is important to allow high engagement of everyone during the day. This is in addition to also have short breaks in between each talk.
