Make use of Distributed Mobility Feed Registry (DMFR)

Before creating a new metadata format for collecting feeds, it might be possible to reuse the Distributed Mobility Feed Registry (DMFR) format https://github.com/transitland/distributed-mobility-feed-registry by Transit.land for our use case. Ideally this would allow us to "just import" additional feed specifications from them and other sources using this format.
