generate GTFS pathways data from OSM, transit datasets, etc.
Using the GTFS pathways extension, one can specify ways to get into stations, from one platform to another, etc. This will hopefully help a lot with accessibility & routing time computations. See https://github.com/google/transit/issues/108 for details.
Let's generate this data from OSM, which has some elevators, entrances and pathways through stations mapped, as well as other official and non-official transit data sources!
