Facing IO error: lock: "Resource temporarily unavailable"

RxDB version - 9.21.0 RxJS version - 7.0.1

We are facing the below error on launching our application in the offline mode specifically on Chromebooks: image

It is to be noted that we are not facing such issues with our application on other OS machines (Windows, MAC, Linux).

Can anyone please advise on the issue here and the possible next steps that could help us in resolving this issue?
