Rebuild new Raspberry Pi image?

Hi,

I wanted to know if we have information on how to rebuild a new rpi zero image? I have this PR that is merged in main (https://github.com/ptx2/gymnasticon/pull/80) but the latest image available date before this image.

Is it possible to build a new image so I can flash this to my rpi zero? Thanks!
