The readme claimed there was no ChordPro format definition. At least now, there is, so let's refer to that.
Allow users to lay out a file using a word processor and have it transposed automatically, also add chord charts. Have to work out where to put the directives.

This is due to a limitation in Pandoc - add an issue to that project, and come up with a fix on this project in the meantime.
Add --chart option to create a rudimentary chord chart for a given instrument.
