A Python object oriented lighting control framework

[Note that this is currently in an unfinished state, but I wanted to start finishing the work in a public repo]

Birdfish is a Python module that seeks to provide an representation of electronic lighting in the form of Python objects. The goal is to simplify the task of generating sequences of high count, rapidly changing control signals.
