is ScoresToMultiProbs for inductive venn preditor? what about cross venn predictor?

The README.md does say that "the Venn-ABERS predictor implemented here is the inductive form of probability predictor, which relies on a calibration set."

I don't have a Cross Venn-ABERS Predictor implementation ready to share, but it is something that I might work on in the near future. It should be easy.

I'll keep this open to remind me.
