Disable nether floor

There are any way to disable level 4 (nether style) generating in all tower type/biome? I only found http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/1290238-roguelike-dungeons?comment=1067 - [ "depth": 3 ] - but don't know work it...

I tried increase distillationtower speed by edit (server and client) config line "D:distillationTower_timeModifier" from "1.0" to "5.0" but it nothing do, work same as about 15mB/t. Or this way wrong?

I can build jar from source 1.18.1 but it not loading in 1.18.2 mc
