Seemingly broken triangle rendering

The problem

Some parts of minecraft have a "broken" triangle effect: b1.7.3:

1.12.2 vanilla:

For some reason, it only affects 2 faces, the others are fine as show by this screenshot:

And I have no clue what the issue is, perhaps you have an idea ? If you need a verbose log, tell me :smile:
