I checked, and no, it's not really fixed. `qjs.wasm` load but freeze there, you cannot enter anything. I'll debug that.
A rewrite / refactor of WASI is planed for the 3.2, so Assigning this ticket to this milestone.

Try to update box64 and try again, mabye commit d0d18441cfdedac53b0ed8a772a88a1c26be7984 have helped.

Ah, well, `quartus_pgmw` is the GUI I guess? this one still doesn't work. But the command line one do work now (like `quartus_pgm` I'll check what's wrong with that Qt5...
you are trying to run the TS3 client? It just run for me. All the needed libs should be wrapped, so just install libnss3 from your distro.
