Add confirmation modal for server control (stop/restart specifically) on mobile

Hopefully this is a fairly simple one. I have had two recent instances where fat fingers on mobile mean I end up tapping restart instead of into the console command input area, which instantly actions and dumps all my connected players. This tends to make them rather shouty on Discord :)

Would it be possible to add a simple confirmation modal to confirm the required action before it is performed? It would likely prevent this from happening so easily.

Add a basic 'OK', 'Cancel' confirmation modal to server control buttons before they are actioned.

I can add this for you but it will be overwritten after panel upgrade. So this is another problem.
